David and Goliath

David was a shepherd boy. He took care of his sheep. Baa, baa!

One day David went to visit his big brothers. There he saw a giant named Goliath. Goliath was big and loud, and everyone was scared.

But David was not scared. David said, God is with me. God will help me!

David picked up some smooth stones from a little stream. Splash, splash! He had his sling, the kind shepherds use.

David trusted God, and God helped David win. Down went the giant! Thump! Everyone cheered.

You don't have to be big to be brave. God is with you, too!
